Websites for Cape Cod HVAC & plumbing companies
When the furnace dies at 2 a.m., they're calling whoever shows up on Google.
I build fast, phone-friendly websites that turn those searches into calls. A local guy you can text, a flat price, and your site live in about two weeks.
The problem
Great work, but you're hard to find online.
Most Cape trade shops get work through word of mouth. That's great until a new homeowner or summer-house owner searches on their phone and finds someone else first.
Many customers won't dig through a Facebook page. They want your services, your towns, and a phone number in five seconds.
If your site is tiny on a phone or has no tap-to-call button, people hit back and call the next company.
A single furnace repair or water heater swap from your site covers months of the care plan.
Examples
Here's what yours could look like
Two sample sites for fictional Cape companies. Open them on your phone, since that's where your customers will see them.
Bayside Comfort Heating & Air
Tap-to-call header, a quick quote form, heat pump rebate help, a maintenance plan, and before-and-after job photos.

A 24/7 emergency bar, a "what's the problem?" picker, winterizing for summer homes, and a home plan.

Simple, flat pricing
No surprise invoices. You'll know exactly what you're paying before we start.

FAQ
Common questions
What do you need from me?
Your list of services, the towns you cover, your logo if you have one, and some job photos from your phone. Before-and-after shots work best. I write the rest.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business name, and if you ever leave the care plan, I hand everything over.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. The build is a one-time fee, and the care plan is month to month.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. I can rebuild it so it works better on phones and brings in more calls, and keep your current domain.
How fast will I show up on Google?
Your Google Business Profile matters most for local searches, and I help you set it up and keep it current. A new website usually starts showing up in search within a few weeks. Nobody can honestly promise the #1 spot.
About
Hi, I'm Aaron.
I live and work on the Cape, and I talk with local homeowners every day. I started James Web Co. because a lot of the best tradespeople around here are the hardest to find online. I keep it simple: a good-looking site, quick replies, and no tech jargon.
